Okay so I keep saying I'm gonna start using my journal and I never seem to, and mainly it's because nothing happens in my life that anyone would want to know about...until now. :)

I had a date last night! This is big new for me it's the first date I've had in a least 3 years and I was really worried about how it would go. It was so awesome! We met up at the resturant at 6:30 and were still sitting there talking 3 hours later. The last relationship I had was back in highschool and it was someone that I'd know for a while. Brian, I've just met, but we have so much in common and everything went so great last night that we actually have a date for next weekend to go see a movie!!! I really want this to work and I really think it could.

 So here I am another day on sitting at my parents house waiting for the cable guy. This only makes...the fourth time in a week.  I swear if we actually had another cable company in this town they would have changed by now. Every time we try to make any kind of change to their account it turns into a week (or several) long drama. At this point I wish I'd never mentioned that they should add DVR, as much as I love mine. They supposedly had it installed Thursday and haven't been able to use it yet because the box never worked. 

Not to mention the fact that everytime we talk to someone there they tell us something different. At this point I'm gonna call and speak to a manager about that. I've been the one dealing with it because my parents work days and I work nights. I feel like I have the right to complain about the service because I work in Customer Care. Let me tell you if everyone in my office gave a different answer, we'd all get in big trouble. 

I'm hoping that tomorrow I'll get something posted that I'm working on, with some prompting I might actually be able to finish something. It's been awhile since I've done that.

So I've decided to start my journal from scratch. Not that I was really doing much with it anyway. It's really just a way to comment and keep track of a couple of comms but I've decided I'm gonna try to start to use it. I'm writing so many things I figure I'll start posting and see if I can get some feedback and keep writing.
